Designed to provide superior inverter-based control for energy-efficient 3-phase motors, the Smart Power Module (SPM) Mini-SPM series targets white goods such as washing machines and air conditioners. The Mini-SPM series consists of a suite of seven modules offering best-in-class thermal resistance. Each module integrates three high-voltage ICs, one low-voltage IC, six IGBTs and six fast-recovery diodes in a 44x26.8mm Mini-DIP package. Designers can achieve increased design flexibility for the entire power range from 0.3 to 3.0kW, as these devices range from 3 to 30A in a single package outline.
