The Eco-Top 1 power module package was developed in order to provide the power electronics market with an intelligent power module circuit, containing a 3-phase rectifier bridge, an IGBT brake chopper and a 3-phase IGBT inverter with current ratings from 30 to 80A (inverter IGBT). Sixpac circuits with current ratings from 30 to 90A (IGBT) are available, too. The 109mm solderable unit can also be used for highly integrated customised solutions or high-power AC controller modules, covering current ranges from 3x30 up to 3x200A. Using the Eco-Pac standard height of 9mm, the Eco-Top package can be combined and soldered together on the same PCB with all existing Eco-Pac 1 and 2 power modules.
