The 25LC256 and 25AA256 SPI serial EEPROMs are 256Kbit devices operating at speeds up to 10MHz and over a voltage range of 2.5 to 5.5V and 1.8 to 5.5V respectively. The devices are available in industrial (-40 to +85°C) and extended (-40 to +125°C) temperature ranges. Data retention is 200 years, with a one-million erase/write cycle endurance. Lead-free package options for the devices include standard PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages, as well as the low-profile 0.9mm DFN package.
