Designed as commercial-off-the-shelf mixed memory, the 1230-0022-1-IB and 1230-0023-1-IB modules embed 4Mbit SRAM and 1Mbit E2PROM and 12Mbit SRAM and 6Mbit E2PROM memories respectively, in an industrial-grade QFP72 package. The lightweight and high-reliability mixed memory modules are also available as ESA/CNES-qualified devices for space applications. All of them are designed with built-in capacitors and multiple ground leads for low noise operation. The devices are organised as 8 bits SRAM and 8 bits E2PROM with separate address buses and chip select, allowing a wide range of use in several applications. Maximum access times are 26ns for SRAM and 250ns for E2PROM.
