The LDS Series provide a high-efficiency DC/AC inverter in a compact form factor for use with a range of LCD panel sizes from 162 to 307mm diagonal. With a footprint of only 133.1x31.0mm and a height of less than 9mm, the inverters deliver up to 12W of output power, with direct-display connection and wide-range PWM dimming. The units are designed to power up to four CCFLs (cold-cathode fluorescent lamps). An external analogue control interfaces with an on-board pulse-width modulator (PWM) to provide dimming control. LDS inverters can reliably dim to less than 5% of duty cycle. Operating temperature is -20 to +70°C.
