The Marine Series 700 range inductive sensors have a housing made from V4A stainless steel that is impervious to sea water and salt spray and will not rust even in the most extreme maritime environments. Machined from a single piece of stainless steel that includes the sensing face, the units can withstand extreme impacts and high shock levels. Moreoever, they are resistant to virtually any chemical stress. Operating over the full temperature range from -25 to +70ºC, the sensors are sealed to 80bar, thus providing IP69K protection and the ability to withstand water pressure to a depth of 800 metres. They are supplied in M12, M18 and M30 sizes, in embeddable and non-embeddable formats with a built-in LED as well as short-circuit, voltage-reversal and overload protection.
