The AOW-M5-1-EVW is a family of high-luminosity LED emitters which are packed 5mm (T-1 3/4) through-hole package with a 15 degree viewing angle. These white LEDs have high luminous intensity of 9000~18000mcd (at IF=20mA) with chromaticity coordinates of x=0.30, y=0.29. Its sister device the AOW-M5-3-EVW has much more luminous intensity (typical 20000mcd at IF=20mA). Both can be used in the applications of various kinds of displays, optical indicators, and backlighting systems. A surface mount model, namely AOW-SMD-2-EVW, is also available. It is suitable for OA equipment and replacement of conversion light bulb or fluorescent lamps.
