The Semitop 4 with modules features a power capability up to 22 kW motor power. The modules are available as three-phase IGBT and CIB modules with currents up to 200A for 600V and up to 100A for 1200V modules. The SEMITOP 4 will also be offered with the new Trench4 IGBT chip technology. The fast one screw mounting to the heat sink and then soldering to the PCB also applies to the new modules. An even pressure distribution guarantees high reliability and provides the best possible thermal resistance. The higher power range allows for applications such as drives and power supplies up to 40kVA inverter power. The pin layout and outline dimensions guarantee an easy PCB routing and an extremely compact design: The dimensions are only 60x55x12mm.
