The electrically conductive properties of the NCS-110EP epoxy adhesive makes it particularly suitable for component attachment of surface mount LEDs in membrane keypads and other electromechanical assemblies. Additionally as a thixotropic product with non-stringing characteristics, it is highy suited for screen printing, dot dispense applications and high-speed dot dispense processes where low temperature curing is required. Versions are also available for stencil printing processes. Adhesion to most metal and plastic materials is strong, and lateral component push off testing shows greater bond strength than many other conductive epoxy adhesives.
