The Model CVS575 is a 622.08MHz voltage-controlled CVS575 SAW oscillator (VCSO) specifically designed for high performance PLLs. The RoHS-compliant unit is offered in a 5x7.5x2.5mm SMD package and exhibits a phase noise of -130dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset, which translates to a maximum jitter of 150fs (RMS) for SONET OC-192 (50kHz to 80MHz). The oscillator operates between -45 and +85°C from a +3.3V power supply. Its outputs are complementary LVPECL. The device's enable/disable function has been designed to be used with CMOS logic levels. This eliminates the need to convert to LVPECL logic to turn the output on and off.
