The CNT-90XL is a microwave frequency counter/analyser with an integrated power meter. It contains a CW counter with burst capabilities, and can handle up to 60GHz of frequency range. It offers both high resolution and fast measurement speed (as much as 250000samples/s). The graphical display shows frequency changes over time directly on-screen, for analysis of FM or AM, power or frequency switching, VCO settling, and post tuning drift. Built-in statistical processing presents numerical stability data and also frequency distribution histograms for analysis of frequency or power stability or modulation.
