The SignalXplorer DL9710L is a high-performance mixed-signal oscilloscope that combines four 1GHz analogue channels (up to 5Gsamples/s sampling speed) with a 32-bit logic input. The instrument can carry out simultaneous measurement and analysis of analogue and digital logic signals, with a memory length of 6.25Mwords per channel available. Other features include an update rate of up to 25,000 waveforms/s, a history-memory function for more efficient waveform observation and analysis, and powerful zoom and search functions. Unlike existing mixed-signal scopes that offer limited display and analysis capabilities for logic signals, this product is optimised for users who wish to analyse logic signals as well as analogue waveforms. It features the full-state-display and bus-display functions typically found on logic analysers, allowing co-ordinated analysis of both types of signal.
