The SD25 is an ultra-small, lightweight SAW duplexer device that features a built-in matching circuit to improve attenuation and isolation characteristics. The device has dimensions of 2.5x2.0x0.8mm, making it one of the smallest duplexers in the industry. The product boasts strong resistance to climate and mechanical impact thanks to its airtight structure, which seals the mounted element from the surrounding with soldering. LTCCs (low-temperature co-fired ceramics) are used as substrate; this allows an inductor to be easily incorporated. As a result, the series requires no external inductance components and simplifies circuit design while reducing the number of passives needed and saving on assembly space.
