Designed as a low-cost range, the CS series of DIN-rail power supplies have a low inrush current and will provide full output power in the temperature range of -25 to +60°C. Just as the more expensive QS series, the CS family can run at 120% of the rated output continuously up to +45°C. This allows engineers to specify the exact output power required even if the system load is subject to peak loads. The CS5 models are rated at 24V and 5A; they consist of a standard unit with inputs of 115 to 230V and separate models with inputs of 200 to 240V only or 100 to 120V. These models come with an array of extra features, including conformal coating or springclamp terminals. The CS10 models have a standard unit with an input voltage of 115 to 230V, and an output of 24VDC at 10A or one at 48V at 5A.The CS series has full international-safety-agency approvals, and features screw-terminal connection as standard. The CS5 units measure 32x124x117mm, and the CS10 units 60x124x117mm.
