Adeunis Bluetooth products operate within the 2.4GHz worldwide frequency band, which is globally free from requiring a license. The 79 RF channels are numbered 0 to 78 and are separated by 1MHz, starting at 2,402MHz. Transmission uses frequency hopping spread spectrum GFSK modulated at a frequency of 1,600 intervals per second. There are three Bluetooth radio module types available with different powers and different ranges: The type 1 radio module featuring 100mW (20dBm) power provides a range upto 150 metres. The type 2 radio module featuring 2.5mW (4dBm) power offers a range upto 15 metres and type 3 featuring 1mW (0dBm) power offers a range upto 5 metres. Most electronic-device and computer based manufacturers use type 2 modules. Type 1 is mostly used for industrial purposes.

The features of the ARF32 data transmission type 2 Bluetooth module include bidirectional data Bluetooth transmission across 20m, GAP, SDAP, SPP profiles; up to 723kbit/s radio speed, series connection speed of up to 921.6kbit/s; and automatic connection when switched on/off. Applications of this module include all series links with PDA, Laptop and Bluetooth GSM. The ARF32 data and audio transmission type 2 Bluetooth module has the same specifications as that of Data type 2 Bluetooth module. The ARF32 data and audio transmission type 2 Bluetooth module is available in digital or analogue versions. Other features include 200 / 3400Hz audio bandwidth; audio profiles comprising HFP hands-free, HSP headset, HSAG AudioGateway; and audio CODEC included on the PCB (13bit PCM CODEC). It allows communication with all Bluetooth earphones.
The ARF52 type 1 Bluetooth module features bidirectional data Bluetooth transmission across 150m; GAP, SDAP, SPP, DUN profiles; up to 3Mbit/s radio speed, series connection speed of up to 921.6kbit/s; complete RS232 series port; and automatic connection when switched on/off and on RS232 activity. Applications include electronic payment terminals, geolocation and remote maintenance.
