Swissbit has released its high-speed SDRAM memory module, the DDR3 ULP (ultra low profile) RDIMM (registered DIMM), which has been designed to satisfy high-density-memory applications for embedded, industrial, communication and networking, medical, and military and aerospace environments. With a height of 17.75mm, the module is suitable for compact-server and small-blade-server applications. This module is available in both commercial and industrial temperature grades. It is fully compatible with JEDEC electrical specifications and is available in 4 and 2Gbyte densities at speeds of 1333Mbit (PC3-10600), 1066Mbit (PC3-8500) or 800Mbit (PC3-6400).
