Pigeon Point Systems, an Actel company, has announced compliance and interoperability initiatives for its xTCA board and module management controller releases. Formal testing for the company's management solutions based on the Actel Fusion mixed-signal FPGA and the Renesas H8S microcontroller used Polaris Networks' ATCA testers. Pigeon Point Systems now incorporates Polaris Networks' ATCA and AMC testers into formal validation of new product releases for Pigeon Point Systems' BMR (Board Management Reference) xTCA management controller solutions.
