DC fans for electronic enclosures, telecommunications and networking equipment are now available from Orion Fans. The VA series fans are claimed to maximise airflow in nearly sealed, high-static-pressure environments. According to the company, the fans provide a significantly higher CFM in a small-frame package size than comparable cooling solutions. For example, the 60mm fan outputs the airflow equivalent of an 80mm fan, and the 120mm fan produces almost 300 CFM in a 4.5inch package. The OD1238, OD9238, OD8038 and OD6038 fans are from 60x38 to 120x38mm in size, with airflow ranging from 61 to 283CFM.
