Synthetic labels from CILS are durable enough for use in harsh environments. The CIL8200/9200 metalised polyester labels are designed to replace expensive metal rating plates. The labels can be used even in conditions of abrasion, oil, grease, chemicals and weathering, claims the company. The rating plate labels can be printed on a customer's PC and a standard office laser or themal transfer printer, which offers an economical way of printing labels. The polyester labels are available with a choice of adhesives to adhere to ABS plastics, cast aluminium, powder-coated, textured, oily and curved surfaces. The company can supply partially pre-printed or blank labels to a customer, ready for data to be added. It also offers a service to print barcodes and number sequences on labels if required.
