The iC-MHA is a single chip for magnetic sensor applications with limited space. The 5x5mm QFN28 package from IC-Haus contains the Hall sensor bridge with signal amplifier and gain control and differential analogue line drivers for 100Ω terminated lines. It is for control and automation in digital motor control up to 20,000RPM; contactless position control and sensing; absolute magnetic encoder; and rotating angle measurement. Interpolators for the absolute or incremental evaluation are available. The device operates with a single 5V (±10%) supply at -40 to +125°C. Electronica: Hall A5: stand 338
