Torex has introduced the XBP06V4 range of TVS diodes that combine small packaging with low-line capacity and high ESD protection. Able to withstand an 8kV discharge, the series has a peak pulse power rating of 70W at tp=8/20μs and low leakage currents of 1.0μA maximum at VRM=5V. The XBP06V4E2HR-G is designed to protect up to two transmission or data lines from ESD damage and is available in the USP-3 package measuring 1.2x1.2x0.6mm. The device is a quad unidirectional ESD protection diode array designed to protect up to four signal lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
