The company claims that it received the honour for having the best implementation of lean manufacturing throughout China. The Beijing, China facility was recognised for this achievement by following the philosophy of lean, and striving towards world class standards for several years, according to the company. Through clear goals and targets, plus a corresponding measurement system, a complete training programme has been established that disseminates the lean philosophy to each single employee. Standardised production and warehouse management, along with strict quality control and new management techniques, have resulted in the entire plant abiding by a reasonable and effective material supply chain, claims the company.
