EMC conversion kits and components are available as an optional extra to provide further protection for the standard enclosure. The company warns that enclosures should be equipped with good levels of EMC protection as an increasing number of electronic devices are in use and interact with each other. Customers must not only ensure that the EMC limit values of the final device (transient emissions) are maintained, but also that reliable operation of the device is guaranteed, even under difficult operating conditions. It is necessary to protect against interference from other devices and from the mains network. The company also adapts enclosures to CI colours and to safety standards, as required.
