Increased protection range makes enclosures suitable for food industry

Rittal has just extended the range of protection categories for its Hygienic Design range of enclosures. With immediate effect, all the compact enclosures and terminal boxes will satisfy the demands of protection criteria including IP 66, IP 69K along with NEMA types 12, 13 and 4X with the addition of NEMA 3R for its range of HD-KL terminal boxes.

 

The company offers these enclosures to meet the requirements of the food industry now and in the future. With the extended protection categories, the enclosures can be cleaned quickly reducing the down time for scheduled maintenance and increasing the end user's productivity.
