Laird Technologies announced the acquisition of Klüver Aggregatebau to expand its thermal management business into compressor-based temperature control systems for usage in medical, and telecommunication markets. The expansion complements Laird Technologies' product lines that include thermoelectric modules and assemblies.
Through this acquisition, Laird Technologies will offer solutions for complex and critical temperature control applications. Klüver is a designer and manufacturer of compressor-based cooling systems for digital x-ray systems for medical applications.
