Aimtec has expanded its affordable line of AC/DC power supplies with the release of its 10W and 20W series of low profile, encapsulated converters. The AMEL10-MAZ(10W) and AMEL20-MAZ(20W) feature a combination of input/output isolation of 4000VAC within an operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, technical parameters offered at competitive industrial price points. With universal inputs of 90~264VAC at 47~440Hz or 120~370VDC, these series feature highly regulated, protected, isolated single and asymmetric dual outputs ranging from 3.3 to 24 VDC. Low ripple and noise of <75 mV p- with , tight line and load regulation of ±% (no minimum load required), support a wide variety of applications, including industrial control devices, test and measurement equipment, telecommunications applications and consumer electronics products. Aimtec's line of AC/DC converters has a medical standard high I/O isolation of 4000VAC combined with an industrial standards operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. All models operate to specifications at temperatures as low as -40°C for outdoor applications. No-load power consumption less than 0.5 watt, and efficiency rates up to 82%, the power supplies meet or exceed the requirements for Energy Star EPS v2.0. The supplies have the cULus, CB and CE safety marks.
