Schottky diode features 30V peak repetitive voltage

Central Semiconductor has released the CFSH2-3L low VF Schottky diode in a low profile SOD-882L package. The diode has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and a forward current of 200mA. The low forward voltage drop of 240mV at 10mA makes it suitable for space-constrained designs. The diode is suitable for a variety of battery-powered portable devices such as mobile communications, handheld products and also for DC/DC conversion, voltage clamping, protection circuits, or for any battery power management requirement.
