The MCP14E6, MCP14E7, MCP14E8 and MCP14E9, MCP14E10, MCP14E11 low-side MOSFET drivers from Microchip have an operating voltage range from 4.5 to 18V. They feature enable input pins that provide a shutdown capability in order to conserve power. The MOSFET drivers are provided in 6x5mm, eight-pin, small-outline IC and are available in eight-pin, dual, flat, no-lead packages. They also drive power supplies in consumer electronic applications such as servers, personal computers and notebooks. TheMCP14E6, MCP14E7, and the MCP14E8 drivers are rated for a peak output current of 2A, whereas the MCP14E9, MCP14E10, and the MCP14E11 drivers are rated for a peak output current of 3A. The MOSFET drivers also provide peak output currents ranging between 0.5 and 12A.
