Central Semiconductor has introduced the 30V, 450mA CMUDM7004 and CMUDM8004 MOSFETs in a SOT-523 package. The MOSFETs are suitable for applications such as load and power switching, DC/DC conversion, and servo motor control. With low on resistance and low gate-source threshold voltage, the MOSFETs are suitable for battery powered portable products such as mobile phones, MP3 players, glucose blood analyzers, and hearing aids.
