State of the Art has released the Z termination series of miniature, high reliability chip resistors. The sizes of the resistors range from 0402 to 2512, with tolerances from 0.1%. They have power ratings from 50 to 1500mW, temperature coefficients of resistance as low as 25ppm, and voltage ratings from 30 to 200V. The resistors operate from -55 to +125ºC.

The RoHS-compliant resistors have a gold-over-nickel finish, which can be attached with solder, conductive epoxy, or gold wire bonds. The resistors are used in applications such as medical electronics, defence systems, microwave communications, aerospace electronics, and satellite systems.
