Central Semiconductor has introduced the CMPDM302PH 30V, 2.4A P-channel MOSFET in a SOT-23F package with a continuous drain current rating of 2.4A. The MOSFET has an on-resistance of 61mΩ and a gate charge of 2.8nC, making it suitable for high current power management applications. It is also suitable for battery powered-portable devices such as cellular phones, MP3 players, and portable medical equipment and also for DC/DC conversion, load switching, and battery-charging applications.
