Central Semiconductor has introduced the 20V, 100mA CMNDM7001 N-channel and CMNDM8001 P-channel MOSFETs in a SOT-953 package. The company claims that the MOSFETs provide space-saving solutions for battery-powered portable products such as mobile phones, MP3 players, glucose blood analysers, and hearing aids. The MOSFETs are also suitable for load and power switching, DC/DC conversion, and servo motor control applications.
