Densitron has introduced five, high brightness, TFT modules that deliver brightness between 800 and 1300cd. The DSN351, DSN436, DSN576, DSN706, and DSN801 TFT modules are available in screen sizes of 3.5, 4.3, 5.7, 7, 8 and 16.4inches, respectively. The TFT displays can be utilised in ambient light conditions without any loss of contrast or viewing angle. According to the company, the modules offer crisp images in all kinds of lighting conditions, making them suitable for ticketing machines and automotive-earth moving equipment. The displays also incorporate a transistor-transistor logic or LVDS interface, timing control circuitry, in addition to a DC/DC circuit. They can also be enhanced by a range of resistive and projected capacitive touchscreens.
