The PE4141 broadband quad MOSFET array core from Peregrine Semiconductor uses the company's UltraCMOS technology to deliver high linearity, and low-frequency performance. The MOSFET array is suitable for mixer and multiplexer functions used in magnetic resonance imaging, medical instrumentation, and test and measurement applications. It has a conversion loss of 5.8dB, high linearity at 25dBm, and isolation of 44dB at 100MHz, making it suitable for low-frequency mixer applications. The MOSFET array also operates with differential signals at all ports. It supports up or down conversion in mixer applications. According to the company the MOSFET array was designed using a monolithic approach, which reduces component count and board area. The MOSFET array is supplied in an eight-lead, mini small outline package.
