The 3700, 3800 and 3900 flat coil inductors provide a range of inductance values from 0.15 to 10uH with maximum DC current ratings of 19.5A. The surface mount devices measure 14.5x11.5x 5.8mm and are available with DC resistance values ranging from 0.9 to 20.3mΩ. The company claims that the inductors are suitable for DC/DC power conversion applications where high transient response is required. The inductors also suit voltage regulator modules, notebook computers, and plasma displays. They operate from -40 to + 130°C and are supplied in tape and reel packaging. The inductors are RoHS compliant and backward compatible with tin and lead soldering systems.
