Absopulse Electronics' HVI 50 series of DC/DC converters accept an input voltage of 700V DC and have an input range of 600 to 800V DC. The converters' components on the primary side are designed and tested for corona inception levels that are higher than the operating voltages. The standard output voltages of the converters are 12, 24, and 48V DC, with other output voltages available on request. The converter is filtered to meet EN55022 Class A EMI conducted and radiated with wide margins and it is designed to meet the EN 60950 standards.
The converters are ruggedised to ensure immunity to shock and vibration and are conformal coated for protection from moisture, humidity and airborne contaminants. It is housed in a vented enclosure that measures 114x51x201mm. The converters have a green output ON LED that is visible through the cooling slots.
