Densitron Display Solutions has introduced 2.4 and 3.5inch display sizes to its DBC TFT series for portable applications. The DBC-24032024-1A0 display, measuring 2.4inch, has quarter VGA resolution and offers a contrast ratio of 400:1. The display also offers a brightness of 300nits at 60mW and an 80° viewing angle on each side. These qualities make the display suitable for battery-operated industrial, medical and communication devices. The DBC-48064035-1A0 display, measuring 3.5inch, has VGA resolution and has a contrast ratio of 600:1. It offers a brightness of 250nits at 180mW, and an 80° viewing angle on each side. This display is suitable for data loggers, scanners, wireless remote controls and medical monitoring units. The displays can also be evaluated with the company's video DUO kit.
