Diodes has introduced a range of logic devices that is designed to provide a performance upgrade for 5V transistor transistor logic systems. Based on the latest CMOS process, the 74AHCT1Gxx logic devices operate from 4.5 to 5V and deliver an output drive current of 8mA. The logic devices are suitable for general-purpose control applications in consumer electronic products. There are nine logic functions available in a choice of SOT25 and SOT353 packages and comprise AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR, inverter, Schmitt trigger inverter and tri-state buffers. The company claims that the logic functions also deliver routing and board space benefits. The devices are single gate devices and incorporate an integrated input hysteresis to enhance susceptibility to noise.
