Vicor has appointed Future Electronics as a global distributor and named Richard Begen as Vice President of Global Distribution. In his new role, Begen will drive global distribution strategies for Vicor. Future will provide a global channel for Vicor's high-performance power components and systems. The two companies see themselves as a powerful combination citing Vicor's high density, modular power building blocks supported by Future Electronics' extensive sales network and recognised expertise in product selection and other design consulting services.
