Central Semiconductor has introduced the CFSH01-30L low VF Schottky diode in a SOD-882L package. The CFSH01-30L diode has a reverse voltage rating of 30V and a maximum forward current rating of 100mA. The diode's forward voltage drop of 300mV at 10mA makes it suitable for space constrained designs requiring high energy efficiency. The diode is suitable for battery-powered portable devices such as mobile communications, digital cameras, laptops and other battery powered hand held products. It is also suitable for DC/DC conversion, voltage clamping, and circuit protection applications.
