Hitachi DPG has released a range of rugged+ TFT LCD modules that have been designed and developed to operate in adverse industrial and harsh environmental conditions. The TX09D04VM3CAA, TX15D02VM0CAA, TX18D35VM0AAA, TX18D37VM0AAA, and TX20D26VM0AAA displays feature the company's IPS-Pro TFT technology which allows for images to be viewed at many angles. The company claims that the technology provides good colour saturation, colour stability, contrast and black levels with a 176° vertical and horizontal viewing angle. The TX09D04VM3CAA and TX15D02VM0CAA displays feature 3.5inch quarter VGA and 5.8inch wide quarter VGA resolution, respectively. The TX18D35VM0AAA and TX18D37VM0AAA displays have a 7.0inch WVGA (wide VGA) resolution whereas the TX20D26VM0AAA has a 8inch WVGA resolution.
