Cissoid has introduced a high-temperature, 80V dual series small-signal diode in a hermetically sealed, metal can TO-18 package. The CHT-GANYMEDE series includes two diodes that are connected in series to sustain a reverse voltage of 80V. They have a maximum forward current of 300mA at 225°C and operate from -55 to +225°C. The diodes can be used in clamping, low-current rectification and sensing applications. They have a junction capacitance of 8.5pF at 25V reverse voltage, making them suitable for AC signal rectification. The diodes have a forward voltage of 0.36V for a forward current of 1mA at 225°C. They also incorporate a leakage current of 8.9µA at a reverse voltage of 80V. This makes the diodes suitable for high temperature voltage multipliers.
