EASii IC Creates Facility

EASii IC has launched the X-REL semiconductor facility, a spin-off which specialises in designing, manufacturing and commercialising ICs for high-temperature applications. Located in Grenoble, France, X-REL serves many application fields such as aeronautics and space, transportation and automotive, harsh environments, oil and gas, industrial and geothermal. X-REL products target applications such as power conversion, control, data acquisition, timing and signal conditioning. The ICs operate from -60 to +230°C.
