Model library for non-linear radio frequency devices

AWR has announced the availability of a Microwave Office model library for Mitsubishi Electric's nonlinear GaAs (gallium arsenide) and GaN (gallium nitride) RF devices. The model library includes HEMTs (high electron mobility transistor) , which are commonly used in base station and DBS (direct-broadcast satellite) receivers and other radio communications equipment.
