Central Semiconductor has introduced the CMPDM203NH 20V, 3.2A N-Channel and complementary CMPDM202PH 20V, 2.3A P-Channel MOSFETs. These MOSFETs are available in the SOT-23F, have low Rds(on) characteristics of 50 and 88mΩ, respectively. In addition, the low gate charge of 0.8nC of N-channel and 1.3nC of P-channel make these MOSFETs suitable for space constrained power management applications requiring high current MOSFETs, claims the company.


The MOSFETs are suitable for battery powered portable devices such as cellular phones, MP3 players, and portable medical equipment. They are also suitable for applications such as DC/DC conversion, load switching and battery charging.
