High shock crystals for rugged environments

Rakon's RGX series uses proprietary technology enabling the crystal to withstand acceleration of up to 30,000g with minimal parameter change. The patented design ensures shock survivability and vibration performance and g-sensitivity of 0.2ppb/g, claims the company. The crystal is available in a 6x3.5mm package.

 

The crystal technology is at the heart of its Pluto, RTX-A, hybrid and stable TCXOs (temperature compensated crystal oscillators). The crystal is suitable for GPS, agriculture, avionic, navigation and defense applications.
