High efficiency, metal case LED power supplies from Mean Well now include the 320W HLG-320H series for high wattage LED lighting applications. Featuring 90 to 305V AC wide input range, the supplies can be used for general 115 or 230V AC main input, but also can be operated under 277V AC input in North America. There are five options i.e. A, B, C, D and blank types. For AC designs, users can adjust DC output voltage range from 90 to 110% and current range from 50 to 100% by removing the rubber stopper on the cover. The B type has a three-in-one dimming function, providing 1 to 10V DC, PWM and resistance. The D type has an optional multiple stage timer dimming function that can be customised on request. For use in harsh, outdoor environments, aluminum case and stainless screws are used. With LLC topology and synchronous rectifier technology, the supplies have up to 95% efficiency, so it can be cooled by free air convection from -40 to +70°C℃ Standard functions include short circuit, over-voltage, over-load, and over-temperature protection. Other variations are the I/O; the connection can be cable type or terminal block. The supplies can be used for LED street lighting, outdoor electronic displays, decorative lighting, indoor and outdoor lighting.
