Available now from MicroPower Direct, the MPU-300 series provides 300W of output power in a very compact 1U height U-Chassis case. With 25 CFM, these AC/DC switchers will provide up to 300W of output power. Four standard models operate from a universal input of 90 to 264VAC, providing tightly regulated single outputs of 12, 15, 24, or 48 VDC. Standard features include active power factor correction to EN61000-3-2, filtering to EN55022 Class B, input/output isolation of 3,000 VAC, and a low safety ground leakage current. All models are protected for over load, over voltage, over temperature and short circuit faults. All models include an ON/OFF control input and a 12V fan output as well as Power Good & Fan Fail signals.
The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the series is greater than 100,000 hours. All models are approved to EN 60950, certified to CE and RoHS compliant. The MPU-300 family is packaged in a small 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.5in. U-Chassis. With only 25 CFM airflow,
they provide up to 300W of output power. Package options include a finger safe cover. All models are specified for operation over the wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C (ambient). The series is aimed at applications including low profile systems in industries such as machine/process control, telecommunications, data processing and industrial automation.
