AVX Corporation has expanded its space-level M123 series ceramic capacitor to provide 1µF values. The M123A18BXB105KC capacitor features a design characteristic, offering a two-pin DIPGuard option. The M123A02BXB105KC capacitor is an extension of the capacitance offering for the molded radial configuration.

 

Tested in accordance with MIL-PRF-123 specifications, the ceramic capacitor is designed for mission-critical applications, including military, defense and aerospace. The company is claimed to offer the large portfolio of MIL-PRF-123 approved capacitors, with a wide range of capacitance values, tolerances and physical configurations available.
