Equipped with a stainless steel dome, the TSE/TSSE 21/24 tactile switch has a mechanical lifetime of at least one million cycles, says knitter-switch. It can be used in industrial automation systems and as an input device for products where a waterproof PCB switch is required. The switch is IP67-rated and provides tactile feedback; customers can select an operating force of either 160 or 260gf for more industrial applications. The switch is offered with either round or square knobs to facilitate aesthetic panel designs. The halogen-free series operates between -40 to +85ºC and has a choice of through hole or surface mount versions.
